Shipping & Returns

Our products are manufactured & customized in Mumbai, India & are shipped pan-India & globally from Mumbai. While your first domestic order promises free shipping, we will charge you the applicable fee for express orders & international orders.

While it may take a minimum of 7 working days & a maximum of two weeks to deliver your order unless there is a delay for unforeseen reasons,  chat with us to let us know if it's an urgent order that needs to reach in time for a birthday or a special occasion & we'll move mountains to try & make sure that happens.

While we will try and make it as economical for you as possible, we request your help with shipping costs in case of returns.

To avoid the process of return & exchange, we request you to measure your pet for collar sizes before confirming your order.
